Kangaroo Leather Leads by Ginger Snaps

Hand braided kangaroo leather show leads with a braided polyethylene core by Ginger Snaps. The core has a weight limit of 700 pounds and very little or no stretch.  We have over 30 colors of leather available and we're adding more all of the time including custom "shimmer" options. These are four strand so you can choose one, two, three or four colors. You can order with or without a snap and with or without bling. These are stretched, rolled, and conditioned so the product you receive will be ring ready! Beveling is a process that shaves a 45 degree angle from the edge of each piece of leather prior to braiding.  It makes a smoother and slightly thinner lead.

Colors listed as "foil" have a thin foil coating added to a base color.  "Shimmers" are completely dyed or painted.  Shimmers are traditionally more durable than foils.

 This material is delicate, therefore not intended for everyday use or for a dog that pulls.
